For over 15 years, the professionals at BurnsAdler Pharmaceuticals, Inc. have provided product promotion and distribution in challenging international markets.  Our partners are pharmaceutical and medical device companies who seek to leverage our experience in Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Canada for rapid revenue and profit growth .  Our Team has experience in all areas required to bring a product to market or to lift existing sales rapidly, including Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Product Licensing, Marketing Plan Development, and International Sales Training.  We have successfully established products in more than 20 countries and processed over 100 product registrations and 50 trademark applications. Our current portfolio covers a wide range of therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, gastroenterology, infectious disease and hospital/critical care.

What We Do

  • Promote and distribute products directly and via preferred partners in countries outside the continental United States
  • Give manufacturers/developers a single contact for international distribution allowing for international expansion and management with little investment and oversight
  • Protect product intellectual property, including patents and trademarks
  • Obtain country or EMEA regulatory and marketing approval
  • Develop the promotional program, train the sales force, manage the sample program and create the literature
  • Assist in managing government bids and tenders
  • Negotiate the highest allowable prices with government authorities
  • Ensure maximum market penetration for our partners’ products
  • Generate additional revenue and profits from unused production capacity
